Frequently Asked Questions
Ghevar, delivery aur orders ke baare mein sab kuch
How fresh is the ghevar when it arrives?
Every ghevar is made fresh after you place your order. It is dispatched within 24–48 hours in crush-proof, food-safe packaging, so it reaches you crispy and fresh — exactly like it left the kadhai.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to 500+ cities across India. Metro cities get delivery in 24–48 hours; tier-2 and tier-3 cities in 2–4 days.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹499. For orders below that, a flat ₹49 shipping charge applies.
How should I store ghevar after delivery?
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Classic, mawa, kesar-pista and dry-fruit ghevar stay fresh for 3–4 days. Rabri and malai ghevar are best enjoyed within 2 days (refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving).
Can I order ghevar for Teej or Diwali in advance?
Absolutely! We recommend ordering 3–5 days before your celebration so you get a confirmed delivery slot and a fresh batch for the festival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI/online payment. For UPI, we share a secure payment link on WhatsApp after your order.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we offer special rates and custom packaging for bulk orders (20+ boxes). Write to us via the contact page or email orders@ghevar.in.
What if my ghevar arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund or replace it — no questions asked.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our boxes ship in premium, gift-ready packaging. Bulk orders can include personalised message cards and branding.
Is your ghevar vegetarian?
Yes — all our ghevar is 100% vegetarian, made with pure desi ghee, maida, sugar, kesar, dry fruits and edible silver leaf.
